Support for ProlifAI — including studio enquiries, ZIO digital access, billing, and complaints — is handled by the same small practice. This page is an operating notice, not a certified service-level agreement and not a government or Trading Standards contact point.

Email is the primary channel for support, cancellation, privacy requests, and complaints. We are a sole trader practice in London, not ProlifAI Ltd, and we do not publish a company number.

What to include
- Your name and the email used at checkout, if you have paid for ZIO access.
- Whether the matter is ZIO access, billing, a studio enquiry, a privacy request, or a complaint.
- A short description of what you need. For access problems, when you paid and what you expected to see.
What this desk is not
This is not a 24/7 emergency service, not a legal helpline, and not a route to a solicitor, court, or government department. We cannot give legal advice, certify compliance, or promise a Section 21 or other legal outcome. See Terms.
Cancellation and cooling-off
To cancel a ZIO 1 subscription renewal, or to ask about the 14-day cooling-off right for digital content, email hello@prolifai.xyz before using the product if you do not want access to start immediately. The terms page explains when that right may be lost once digital access begins.
Privacy requests
UK GDPR requests (access, correction, deletion, and related rights) should also go to hello@prolifai.xyz. The privacy notice sets out what we may collect and why.
