What this site, Checkout, and Stripe may collect
Depending on how you use ProlifAI, we or our processors may process:
- Site and enquiry data — an email address and the text of a project brief if you submit the form; the content of messages you send to hello@prolifai.xyz; routine technical logs our host may keep to operate the site (for example IP address, browser, and the page requested).
- Checkout and Stripe — if you pay for digital access (for example ZIO 1), Stripe processes the payment. We may receive confirmation of payment, limited billing details such as name, email, payment status, and a Stripe customer or payment identifier. We do not store full card numbers on ProlifAI systems. Stripe handles card data under its own notices.
- Support — whatever you choose to include when you write to us about access, billing, or a complaint.
We do not ask for national insurance numbers, company numbers, or government identifiers on this site, and we do not sell personal information.
Why we use it
- To reply to studio enquiries and provide support.
- To take payment and provide the digital access you have purchased.
- To keep accounting and complaint records we are expected to keep.
- To operate, secure, and debug this website.
In UK GDPR terms, that is typically: contract (to do what you asked or paid for); legitimate interests (running a small studio site securely and answering mail); legal obligation (tax and accounting, where it applies); and consent where you have clearly given it.
Retention
We keep enquiry and support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Payment and accounting records are kept for as long as UK record-keeping requires. Hosting logs are typically short-lived. We then delete or anonymise what we no longer need.
Who we share with
Stripe, for payments. Our website host. Email and infrastructure providers needed to run a small practice. We do not sell lists. Some providers (including Stripe) may process information outside the UK; they describe their own safeguards in their documentation.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability, where those rights apply. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. To exercise a right in relation to ProlifAI, write to hello@prolifai.xyz.
Updates
