Terms of sale / service
What you are buying, and what you are not.
These are current operating terms for ProlifAI studio work and for paid digital access to ZIO — including ZIO 1 at the current example price of £49 per month. They are not a certified contract pack, not legal advice, and not a government or Trading Standards endorsement.

What ZIO 1 is
ZIO 1 is a paid digital-access product. The current published example price is £49 per month. The price you pay is the price shown at Stripe Checkout. What you receive is online access to the product described at checkout — software and related digital materials — not a physical good, not a solicitor file, and not a court filing.
Access typically begins as soon as payment succeeds and we can enable the product.
What ZIO 1 is not
ZIO 1 is not:
- a law firm, solicitor practice, or regulated legal service;
- legal advice, compliance advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional;
- a guarantee of any legal, housing, enforcement, or Section 21 outcome;
- a certificate, licence, or government-approved status of any kind.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and for taking independent professional advice where you need it. Using ZIO does not create a solicitor–client relationship.
ProlifAI studio
The homepage brief form starts a conversation. It is not a paid retainer and does not bind either side to build software until scope, fees, and timing are agreed in writing. Studio work is separate from ZIO digital access unless we say otherwise in that written agreement.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method you provide, including recurring monthly charges for a subscription such as ZIO 1, until you cancel. Any applicable taxes are as shown at checkout. We do not take card details on this website itself.
Cooling-off for distance / digital contracts
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content, that right is lost once supply begins if you have requested immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose the 14-day cancellation right.
If checkout asks you to confirm that access may start immediately, that acknowledgement is required for access to begin at once. If you do not want to lose the 14-day cancel right, do not request immediate access, and write to hello@prolifai.xyz before using the product.
Subscription and cancellation
ZIO 1, in the example above, is billed monthly. To cancel a future renewal, email hello@prolifai.xyz. Cancellation stops further charges. It does not usually unwind a period already paid and used, except where the law requires otherwise (including where cooling-off still applies because access has not begun, or you did not acknowledge immediate supply).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the product, share paid access in a way we have not authorised, interfere with the service, or use it to mislead anyone about legal status, compliance, or outcomes.
Complaints
Write to hello@prolifai.xyz. That address is monitored. See also Support.
Liability, in plain English
We take reasonable care in providing this site and the digital access you pay for. We do not promise particular legal, financial, or commercial outcomes — including any Section 21 or compliance result.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. For other loss, our responsibility is limited to what is reasonable for a small sole-trader digital product: typically the amount you paid us for the relevant period of ZIO access, or for studio work, the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for decisions you make without independent professional advice.
Nothing in this notice is intended to take away rights you cannot legally give up as a consumer.
Governing law
These operating terms are intended to be read under the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in your country of residence.
